We’re looking for a collaborative Lawyer, with post qualification experience in non-contentious trust matters to join our client’s growing International Trusts and Private Client practice in Guernsey. Duties will include obtaining clear instructions from clients, analysing points of law, providing expert legal advice, and preparing relevant documentation or advice for Partner review. Applicants must hold a Solicitor or Barrister qualification, preferably gained within a common law jurisdiction, and will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience within a relevant practice.
